Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

We ship F.O.B. from our warehouse location, with the exception of factory drop shipments, and via the carrier of our choice. All shipping Charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Items temporarily back ordered are shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse. Most items ship in 1-3 business days

Tracking Orders

  Please call our customer service department for tracking numbers or proof of  delivery.

Damage/Shortage Claims 

 Customer should inspect all orders/items for shipping damages or shortages. If damage has occurred, please note the damage on the delivery receipt and notify our customer service department within 24 hours.

Privacy & Security

United Industries will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law.
We will not under any circumstances sell your personal information to a third party. As a customer of United Industries your email address will be used only as a means to contact you about a pending order, or to return information requested by you. Your credit card transactions are held in a secure server until processing by United Industries, therefore they are not subject to viewing by any third party.

Returns & Replacements

Goods must be returned within 30 days. Please call or fax our customer service department for a return authorization number prior to return. No return will be accepted without prior consent. Returns are subject to a 20% restock charge unless otherwise arranged. Special order items or imprinted products are nonreturnable unless there is a defect in the quality or workmanship. Shipping charges should be prepaid unless otherwise arranged in advance. No COD returns accepted. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition.
